CANCELLATION/TEXT CONFIRMATION POLICY.

We understand life happens and you may need to change or cancel your appointment (we are only human!) you have the option to do this up until 48hours until your appointment online or via phone.

Confirmations text go out 5 days prior to your appointment, If we don't get a response to our confirmation text by 48 hours (2 days) prior to your appointment it will automatically cancelled and offered to our waiting list.

If you cancel your appointment within 48hours without sufficient reason, don't respond to our confirmation text or cancel on multiple occasions we will require a $100 deposit to make a new booking.


NO SHOW POLICY

If you fail to show up to your appointment without letting us know after responding Y to our confirmation text, you will not be able to rebook an appointment.




GIFT CARDS

All gift cards purchased can be redeemed on all services & products and expire after 1 year from purchase date.


COLOURING/CUTTING POLICIES

  • Clients are required to inform us of any colour changes prior to there appointment if not given sufficient notice to amend appointment time we may not be able to carry out the service due to timing.

  • If you are a new client and booked in for a standard appointment but not informed us it is a colour correction or not a maintenance appointment we may not be able to carry out full service due to not having the correct amount of time.

  • We do not offer stand alone haircuts to new clients who are not an existing colour client.


RETURNS POLICY

We do not offer refunds on services performed but allow clients to come back in within two weeks of your appointment after that we cannot guarantee our work.


SALON POLICY

If at anytime we feel uncomfortable or pressured into doing something we have the right to refuse this service, this is our workspace which is a positive environment and have every right to feel comfortable and happy whilst being at work.
